Improvet is the result of the over 30 years of experience of a group of people/collaborators in the production and packaging in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors to dedicate itself to the complementary feed production.

Regarding safety and hygiene (REGULATION (EC) No. 183/2005) our company follows the HACCP control system in order to manage the production of complementary feed verifying critical points during productive process.
The company takes an area of 1300 square metres, 700 of which are destinated for production and packaging of complementary feed.
As manufacturing standards norms the production area has washable linoleum walls and floor and is composed by:
- raw materials storage warehouse
- production and packaging area
- finished products warehouse
all areas follow the production flow.
In order to reach standards of pharmaceutical sector all our production and storage areas are provided with UTA system which constantly guarantee the temperature and humidity into every single production box.

Our development and research staff pays particular attention to the development of new products, from galenic development to production processes optimization, from the drafting of documentation to the evaluation of product stability including, if necessary, the development of new analytical methods and related validation in collaboration with the quality control.
QUALITY CONTROL:
In order to guarantee the highest quality of the finished product, our quality control lab monitors all production processes (ex. tablets crumbliness and hardness) and packaging processes (ex. pressure and depression of blister and sachet).
Improvet can offer chemical, analytical and microbiological analysis thanks to the collaboration with external certificated labs.
